Project Graduation, also known as "PG" is an all night drug and alcohol-free
celebration held on graduation night for all graduating seniors of Cherry Hill West. Beginning at 10pm and ending at 5am in the Jewish Community Center on Kresson
Road, the graduates enjoy food, entertainment, fun with their friends, and activities such as; swimming, music, basketball, dancing, volleyball, and much much more.
In addition to all these activities, they get to participate in a free silent auction for chances to win many great prizes (see "Lion's Loot").
All West parents (including those of underclassmen and seniors) are encouraged to get involved in this fabulous tradition. PG holds regular "working" meetings
(see schedule below)
and all parents are asked to come out and help support the cause
by volunteering to ensure the event is a continued success.
Chaperones will be needed throughout
the night of the event.

How it works: Each senior gets tickets with the purchase of the PG entry ticket. Seniors can earn extra prize chances (Lion's Loot) by volunteering for Project Graduation PTA functions that take place throughout the year. Logs available on the PG website!
For Seniors and Parents of Seniors:
Every hour that you volunteer = 1 extra chance
Every meeting you attend = 1 extra chance
Parents of Seniors Only:
Head up an event = 5 chances
Volunteer hours for events = chances per hour (1 per hour)
You are responsible to turn in your log of volunteer hours and meeting attendance to earn your lion's loot. Completed logs should be dropped off at Student Activities to be in the PTA mailbox. Click to download one or all of the forms;
